Warranty

A warranty is only usefulif you can prove it.

We anchor every appliance to a verified purchase invoice, compute the cover period from that date, and tell you where you stand before you need to know.

Cover status

Three states,no ambiguity.

Status is calculated centrally from the verified purchase date and the manufacturer term — never from a value typed on a phone.

In warranty

Covered by the manufacturer

The appliance is inside its manufacturer warranty period. Eligible faults are handled under that cover, subject to the manufacturer’s terms.

Expiring soon

Cover ends shortly

You are inside the reminder window. This is the point to decide whether extended cover is worth it for this appliance — while you still have the choice.

Out of warranty

Repairs are quoted

The manufacturer period has ended. You can still raise a service request; the work is quoted and waits for your approval before anything is charged.

Registering

Three steps,one invoice.

  1. Step 1: Add the appliance

Brand, model and — where it is printed on the unit — the serial number. You can add the serial later if you cannot find it today.

  2. Step 2: Upload the invoice

Photograph it or attach the PDF. We read the purchase date, seller and appliance details and show you what we read so you can correct anything before saving.

  3. Step 3: We verify it

Our team confirms the invoice. Once verified, the warranty term is calculated from that purchase date and the appliance shows a live cover status.

After registration

What trackingactually buys you.

Reminders that arrive in time

You are told before an appliance leaves cover, not after — with enough notice to act on it.

Paperwork you can find

The invoice, the manufacturer terms and every service note stay attached to the appliance.

Service history in one thread

Each repair is recorded against the appliance, which matters when a recurring fault becomes an argument.

A clean handover to extended cover

If you extend, the new cover starts from the day the manufacturer warranty ends — no gap, no re-registration.

Be clear about this

What a manufacturer warrantydoes not cover.

The terms of a manufacturer warranty are set by the manufacturer, not by us, and differ by brand and category. As a rule, they cover manufacturing defects and component failure under normal domestic use, and exclude accidental or liquid damage, cosmetic wear, consumables and filters, installation faults, and repairs carried out by anyone the manufacturer has not authorised.

We record the applicable manufacturer terms against your appliance so you can read them without hunting for the card. We do not extend or alter them — only the manufacturer can do that.

Questions

Registering an appliance,answered.

What do I need to register a warranty?

The appliance (brand, model and, where it is printed on the unit, the serial number) and a photo or PDF of the purchase invoice. That is all. You do not need the original box or the paper warranty card.

Registration lives in the app: Add appliance → scan or upload the invoice → confirm the details we read back to you.

How does invoice verification work?

When you upload an invoice we read the purchase date, seller and appliance details from it automatically, then show you what we read so you can correct anything before saving. A member of our team confirms the invoice before the warranty is marked verified.

Until it is verified, your appliance shows as pending. A verified invoice is what lets us settle a service request quickly, so it is worth doing on day one.

Can I register an appliance I bought a while ago?

Yes. As long as you can produce the purchase invoice, you can add an appliance at any time. If the manufacturer warranty has already ended, the appliance is still worth adding: you keep the service history in one place and you can ask us about extended cover where it is available.

I cannot find the serial number. Does that matter?

You can save the appliance without it. The serial number usually sits on a sticker on the back or underside of the unit, or inside the door on refrigerators and washing machines. Add it later from the appliance screen — some manufacturers ask for it at claim time.
