Dates computed, not typed
The warranty period is derived from the verified purchase date and the manufacturer term. The same calculation runs for every appliance, so two people never get two answers.
Three stages, in order, because each one depends on the last: get the appliance on record, keep its cover accurate, and use it when something breaks.
Choose the brand and model from the catalogue, or type them in if the model is not listed. Add the serial number if it is on the unit — it is optional at this point.
Photograph the invoice or upload the PDF. We read the purchase date, seller and appliance details automatically and present them for you to confirm or correct.
Our team checks the invoice against what was extracted. Once it is verified, the appliance is trusted for warranty and claim purposes.

In warranty, expiring soon, or out of warranty — shown on the appliance and updated as the dates move.
A notification lands while extending or servicing is still an option, not after cover lapsed.
Add as many as you own. Each keeps its own invoice, cover position and service history.
Pick the appliance, describe the fault, attach photos or a short video, and choose a convenient slot and address.
Received, under review, engineer assigned, repair arranged, resolved. Each stage is timestamped and pushed to you, with any engineer notes attached.
If the work falls outside cover, we tell you what it costs before it starts. You decide; no agreement means no chargeable work and no invoice.
A request never disappears into a call centre. If we cannot attend directly in your pincode, we route it to the manufacturer’s authorised network and keep the request open on your side so you still have one place to check.
That is the whole list. You do not need the carton, the paper warranty card, or a prior relationship with the manufacturer.
Pick the one you would be most annoyed to lose, and get its invoice on record.
