Warranty registration
Add an appliance with its brand, model and invoice. We extract the purchase details, you confirm them, and the warranty term starts from a date that can be proved.
From the day you buy it to the day you replace it, one record holds the invoice, the warranty, the reminders and every repair.

Uploaded invoices are checked by our team before an appliance is marked verified. That check is what makes a later claim quick instead of contested.
Report a fault, add photos, choose a slot, and follow the request through defined stages until it is resolved.
Work outside cover is priced up front. You approve or decline in the app, and nothing chargeable begins before you do.
Expiry reminders, service history and every document attached to the appliance, kept for as long as you keep the appliance.
A genuine sequence, so it is numbered.
Pick the appliance, tell us what it is doing, attach a photo or a short video if that explains it faster, and choose a slot that suits you.
We check the appliance status and warranty position, then assign an engineer who covers your pincode and that appliance category.
The engineer attends, diagnoses and — where the work is covered — repairs. Anything chargeable is quoted for your approval first, and the outcome is written back onto the request.
We work across major home-appliance categories — refrigeration, laundry, cooling, kitchen and small domestic appliances. Availability of an on-site engineer depends on your pincode and the appliance category, and is confirmed when you raise the request.

Nine of the brands we see most. A brand that is not here is usually still serviceable — tell us the model and we will confirm.
Where we cannot attend directly, we route the request to the manufacturer’s authorised service network and keep tracking it on your behalf, so you still have one place to look.
Repairs go to the manufacturer's own authorised service centre, so every part fitted is the manufacturer's own. You see the part, the price and the warranty on it before anything is fitted.
Describe the appliance and the problem. We will tell you what applies.
