Invoices that count
Upload a photo or PDF once. We read the purchase details, you confirm them, and the invoice stays attached to the appliance as proof of the warranty start date.
Register every appliance you own, keep its invoice and warranty in one place, and book a repair without digging through a drawer of paperwork. Built for Indian homes and the way appliances are actually bought and serviced here.

Bought somewhere else, or a brand not listed? Tell us the model — we service most major appliance brands sold in India.
A genuine sequence — each step depends on the one before it.
Enter the brand and model, then upload the purchase invoice. We read the purchase date and seller details from it and show you what we read, so nothing is guessed.
Once the invoice is confirmed, the warranty period is calculated from the verified purchase date. Your appliance shows a live status and warns you before cover ends.
Describe the fault, pick a slot, and follow the request through every stage. Anything chargeable is quoted and waits for your approval.
No spreadsheets, no folder of receipts, no calling three numbers to find out who is responsible.
Upload a photo or PDF once. We read the purchase details, you confirm them, and the invoice stays attached to the appliance as proof of the warranty start date.
Every appliance shows whether it is in warranty, expiring soon, or out of cover — computed from the verified purchase date, not from a date somebody typed in.
You hear from us while you still have options, not the week after the warranty lapsed.
Received, under review, engineer assigned, repair arranged, resolved. Each stage is timestamped and visible to you.
Out-of-warranty and non-covered work is priced and agreed with you first. Nothing chargeable starts until you say so, and what was agreed stays on the request.
Keep the fridge, the washing machine, the AC and the microwave in one account, with their own invoices and their own service history.
Repairs go to the manufacturer's own authorised service centre, so every part fitted is the manufacturer's own. You see the part, the price and the warranty on it before anything is fitted.
The appliance (brand, model and, where it is printed on the unit, the serial number) and a photo or PDF of the purchase invoice. That is all. You do not need the original box or the paper warranty card.
Registration lives in the app: Add appliance → scan or upload the invoice → confirm the details we read back to you.
When you upload an invoice we read the purchase date, seller and appliance details from it automatically, then show you what we read so you can correct anything before saving. A member of our team confirms the invoice before the warranty is marked verified.
Until it is verified, your appliance shows as pending. A verified invoice is what lets us settle a service request quickly, so it is worth doing on day one.
Every appliance shows a live status — in warranty, expiring soon, or out of warranty — calculated from the verified purchase date and the manufacturer term. You get a reminder before an appliance moves out of cover, so you have time to decide about extending it.
Transfer rules depend on the manufacturer. Contact support before the sale and we will tell you exactly what applies to your appliance.
Open the appliance in the app and choose Request service. Describe the fault, add a photo or short video if it helps, and pick a convenient slot. You will see the request move through its stages — received, under review, engineer assigned, repair arranged, resolved — with a timestamp on each step.
Tell us what you own and what has gone wrong. We will take it from there.
