Terms of serviceyou can actually read.

The rules that apply when you use the MS Care app, this website and the services offered through them.

Governed by the laws of India. Last updated: 12 October 2026.

In short. MS Care keeps your appliance bills and warranties in one place and books repairs, installations and uninstallations with the manufacturer’s authorised service centres. We are not the manufacturer and we do not repair appliances ourselves. Nothing chargeable is done without your agreement.

1. Who you are contracting with

These terms are an agreement between you and MS CARE, Ranebennur, Haveri district, Karnataka 581115, India (“MS CARE”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the MS Care app (com.mscare.customer) or this website, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Who can use the service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. The service is for appliances located in India and for personal, household use.

3. Your account

  • You sign in with your email address and a password. Keep your password secret.
  • Give accurate details — your name, a mobile number on which a technician can reach you, and the correct service address — and keep them up to date.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at once at muhaimeen@mscare.in if you think someone else has used it.
  • One account per person. Do not open an account in someone else’s name.

4. What we provide

  • Appliance and warranty records — register your appliances, upload purchase bills and serial plate photos, and see the warranty status and expiry of each appliance.
  • Repair bookings — raise a repair request, which we route to the manufacturer’s authorised service centre so that genuine parts are used.
  • Installation and uninstallation bookings — book a visit to install or remove an appliance.
  • Support — chat with our support team, including photos and voice notes.
  • Notifications — updates on your requests, warranty reminders and support replies.

5. We are not the manufacturer or the service centre

A manufacturer’s warranty is a contract between you and the manufacturer. We record it and help you use it; we do not give, extend, change or guarantee it. Whether a fault is covered, and what a repair involves, is decided by the manufacturer and its authorised service centre under the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

Repairs, installations and uninstallations are carried out by the manufacturer’s authorised service centres, not by MS CARE. We arrange the booking, pass on the details the centre needs, and follow the request up for you, but the work itself is the centre’s responsibility.

6. Bills and warranty information

Warranty periods are worked out from the purchase date on your bill. Bills are read automatically and shown to you to check; you are responsible for uploading a genuine bill for an appliance you own and for correcting anything that was read wrongly. We may refuse to verify, or may withdraw a verification of, a bill that appears altered or cannot be confirmed. The warranty status shown in the app is for your information; the manufacturer’s decision is what counts.

7. Bookings and visits

  • Booking a visit is a request, not a guarantee. Visit times depend on the service centre, your location and the availability of parts, and may change. We will keep you updated in the app.
  • Someone aged 18 or over should be present at the visit and give the technician safe access to the appliance.
  • Any charge — for out-of-warranty work, parts, installation or a visit — is told to you before the work starts. Nothing chargeable is done without your agreement.
  • Repairs by anyone other than an authorised service centre may void the manufacturer’s warranty.

8. Payments

Where you pay through the app, payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details. The amount, including any taxes, is shown before you confirm. Where you pay a service centre directly, that payment is between you and the centre. Cancellations and refunds are covered by our cancellation and refund policy.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • upload a forged, altered or someone else’s bill, or register an appliance you do not own;
  • misdescribe a fault or make a claim you know is not covered;
  • upload unlawful, abusive or misleading content, malware, or another person’s personal data without their consent;
  • harass or abuse our support team or a service centre’s technicians;
  • try to gain unauthorised access to, overload, scrape or disrupt the service; or
  • resell or commercially exploit the service without our written agreement.

10. Content you upload

You keep ownership of the bills, photos, voice notes and messages you upload. You allow us to store and process them, and to share them with the relevant service centre, only to provide the service to you and to meet our legal obligations. You confirm you have the right to upload them.

11. Our content

The MS Care name, app, website and their design belong to MS CARE. Manufacturer names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify their products; their use does not mean those manufacturers endorse MS Care.

12. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available, but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw features. Where a change materially affects you, we will tell you in the app.

13. Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for: the manufacturer’s warranty decisions; work carried out by a service centre; delays caused by service centres, parts supply or events outside our control; or indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 are not affected by these terms.

14. Suspension and closing your account

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time from the app — see deleting your account and data. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is used for fraud or abuse, or where the law requires it. Where possible, we will tell you why.

15. Complaints and Grievance Officer

If something goes wrong, write to muhaimeen@mscare.in first. If you are not satisfied, or your complaint is about your personal data, contact our Grievance Officer, appointed under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023:

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of this page, and tell you in the app before a material change takes effect. If you keep using the service after that, the updated terms apply.
